Last updated: August 2026. These terms cover shop owners and staff who use the WSK Commerce admin/POS system under a subscription. Please read them before signing up.
WSK Commerce provides point-of-sale, inventory management, and online storefront software on a subscription basis, as described on our Pricing page. Plan features, branch limits, and pricing are confirmed with each business individually when they request a demo.
You're responsible for the accuracy of the business, product, and pricing information you enter, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for how your staff accounts are used. You're responsible for complying with applicable laws for your own business, including tax and consumer-protection rules for any orders you fulfil through your online store.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly, in PKR or USD, at the rate confirmed for your plan. Yearly billing is offered at a discount over paying monthly, as shown on the Pricing page. You can request to change plans as your business grows.
You own the business, product, and customer data you enter into WSK Commerce. You can export it at any time. We don't sell your data or your customers' data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details on how information is collected and used.
You agree not to use WSK Commerce to sell anything illegal, to defraud customers, or to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the platform or other shops' data.
We make reasonable efforts to keep the platform available and to communicate planned maintenance in advance, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted uptime. The point-of-sale is designed to keep working at the counter even during a temporary internet outage.
You can cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period already paid for. You can request an export of your data before or after cancelling.
WSK Commerce is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect losses (like lost profits) arising from use of the platform, beyond the amount you've paid us in the preceding billing period.
If these terms change in a meaningful way, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and, where practical, let active account holders know.
